What do I do if my boss is really mean to me?

I come to work on time, I leave on time, I rarely call in. Everyone says I do great work except for her. I just don't understand why she hates me so much. I'm really polite with her. I'm not rude by any means. All my coworkers even comment how rude she is to me. I just don't know what to do?

You could use the forward approach. "Please let me know if I have done something wrong. I feel like you are angry with me. I'd really like to work this out." What's the worst that could happen? Good luck.

You could take up a complaint to human resources for harassment, but I'm not sure how far it will go.

That happened to me at my first job, and I would go home crying a lot. If she hadn't transferred, I would have quit. No job is worth that kind of stress and emotional abuse.

Stand up for yourself and say you will quit if he is not showing you his kindness!

Send her a email mentioning " If you have some problems with me, then tell me and if you are satisfied with my job then tell others".

You'll need to meet with her and talk it over. Do it diplomatically. Don't accuse. Be open minded and listen to her reasoning. You could be doing something that bother her that others don't notice. I've always found its best to look at yourself before putting the blame on others. That being said she could be treating you badly because you make her feel threatened in some way bored she's just a bad boss. Once you know the issues you can choose what you will do. I work at a job for the last 25 years where getting yelled at sworn at and getting belittled was an evert day occurrence. It's slowly gotten better. I've stayed because I like the job. The people I work with and the money is good. I hope you get this worked out so you can be happy. Good luck
