You have several options but it's a difficult field to break into. Perhaps the American Society of Authors would be able to give you some pointers: http://amsaw.org/
If you want to publish on line, be careful. Different sites offer different services and some are quite expensive.
Somebody has already suggested sending them to magazines. Just be sure that the content is appropriate to the magazine you send it to. Often it helps to contact the editor first and tell them what you have and what you can do (in the format normally used by that magazine).
If you want to publish them in book form you'll need an agent if you want to reach a publisher; or you can publish it yourself. I successfully wrote, printed and marketed a book in the pre-Internet period. There are many pitfalls including publisher and distribution fees.
If you want more information give us some idea of what you've written (type of story, length, your training and experience) and we'll try to help.
http://www.CreateSpace.com publish quickly without rejection easily sell your works on amazon (and their bookstore), they only print books when they sell, so you don't have to pay for unsold books. unfortunately they only print paperback.
