Sleep. Sleep fixes everything. If you can't get to sleep, try a warm or cool (depending on your preference) washcloth on your forehead. You could also take a bath or shower. It's possible that you're sick, too, so if you show any other symptoms, you should treat those. If the headache keeps on for more than a day, I would recommend seeing a doctor. I hope you feel better!

it is easily available in any medical shop=it is a branded one go for white one and red one is bit strong - if not available go for tiger oil -pl try we do the same one-gives good relieff

Had migraines for years. If its common for you to get headaches, see your doctor. Get an Rx for Imitrex or Treximet.
Home remedy, fill sink with coldest water you can get. Add ice if you have to. Soak as much of your head you can get in the sink. Right up to your nose if you can.
Migraines are caused from blood vessels swelling to the point it aggravates the nerves around them. This will quickly reduce the swelling. Hope you feel better soon. Wally

Blrai has a good point. If the usual headache remedies did nothing, you may be feeling caffeine withdrawal, which gives some people horrible headaches. If you had caffeine about 12-16 hours ago, but none (or not much) since then, this would be the time the withdrawal effect kicks in.
Just drink some coffee, strong black tea and that should help.
Then, although it sounds unlikely, take a really hot shower and keep it running a long time over your scalp, face and back of your neck. It will do wonders. That's because bad headaches (that aren't migraines, just normal bad) are usually from blood vessels (and tiny muscles) that are too contracted in one spot and too dilated in others. The shower heat evens it out and relaxes them more evenly. If it feels good to your head, it's helping, so make sure to wrap a blanket over your head and shoulders afterward, to keep it from tightening up again.
However, if the hot water doesn't actually feel _good_ on your head, but you feel worse -- then take bwalla's remedy because it might be a migraine. They aren't that common, but I had them a lot for a while and bwalla's method was the only thing that helped me with those.
If the headache lasts more than 1-2 days, though, you need a doctor. Might be from a sinus infection or something. There are meds for that.
Hope you feel better.

Alternate the Tylenol with aspirin this way: take two Tylenol, then two hours later, two aspirin. Two hours after that, two more Tylenol, then two hours later, two more aspirin, and so on. But remember this: DON'T EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE! Tylenol can be deadly if you take too much, as it's toxic to the liver! So, never exceed the dosage recommended on the package. Aspirin can also get you in trouble if you take too much, so read those labels .
