I'am 13 5'4 and 100 pounds I can dunk on my eight feet rim in my school gym but not my 10 feet one.does anyone no when I can dunk o da 10 ri

what exercise should I do

use ankle weights and jump until you can dunk the 8ft 50 times in a row do that for a week then double the weight and repeat the take off the weights and try on a ten foot if you still can't triple the original weight and do the 50 times a day for a week thing keep adding weight until you can jump extremely high or just dunk the ten foot

You need to work really hard on your leg muscles. Work on squat jumps, glut ham raises and box jumps. You keep these up for about two weeks and you'll be good to clear the 10-foot rim. I wish you all the best.

Try running to it and when your close to the rim bend your knees and jump it would make you jump higher at least to touch the rim if that doesn't work then work on your leg muscles to improve your cabs
