No, I don't think so. The cancerous cells have to be removed. Any scarring will lessen with time if you follow doctor's instructions. Also, applying Vitamin E oil (just poke a pin hole in a capsule and squeeze gently) will help the skin heal. Oh, and FYI, it's "squamous" I think.
