What are the top worst foods you can put in your body
Anything made with saturated fats. These include animal fats, palm kernel oil, coconut oil, and hydrogenated vegetable oil to name a few. Also bad for you are sugary soft drinks, high sodium foods, and, as the previous poster noted, fried foods.
Deep fried Twinkees. Delicious, but you can feel the arteries clog up with every bite.
