I have bad split ends and I just got a haircut like a month ago how do I make them go away and get long hair quick ?

I straighten my hair almost every day but I don't hold it there along time at all I just do two quick times down every section

It still fries your hair. If you can, stop straightening it every day OR
-get a really good thermal hair protector
-get your hair cut regularly
-use deep conditioners and moisturizers
-massage your scalp for 3-5 minutes each day (it stimulates hair growth)
-eat plenty of protein, fruits, and vegetables

you have split ends because you straighten you hair. get your hair cut, then use a heat protectant spray to protect your hair every time you straighten you hair. to get it longer, eat protein and wait for the warm weather.

Don't straighten your hair constantly, and snip the ends every once in a while.

If your using a flat iron, first of all, take a break. They damage tips of hair and split them. Second, try using different shampoo/conditioner, or maybe your not washing your ends well enough. Also, try getting a care treatment for split ends. (Also, there are split end shampoos and conditioners.

That's the thing, don't use heat products on your hair!
Avoid all that heat!
Moisture your hair with hair conditioner, olive oil hair mask, etc.

Keep your hair trimmed regularly. Also use a good conditioner for split ends. Don't fry your hair with a curling tong and don't tease your hair.
