I have had this same problem so much! Okay, so I looked online and nothing worked for me, not the "erase yourself" or the "relax muscles," or the "whisperers." Finally, two things I found really helped (you have to do them together): 1. Imagine yourself high in the sky, blue all around you, fresh air. You are without a care in the world. You are laying on a soft fluffy cloud and sinking so deep into it, sinking, the soft fluff brushing your skin.. 2. Now try NOT to fall asleep. Close your eyes and relax, but try not to drift off. This seems a little crazy but it does work!
