Does this work for muscle read description

i should start out at 25 with 10 reps then go to 35 for 8 reps ten to 45 for 6 reps does this work with benching

Id do more weight than that but that's the idea .....I hit 150 for 15 reps 3 sets on decline...and 135 for 12 reps 3 sets on incline...no flat bench unless I use dumbbells!!

Y no flat bench and i say i put them on each side the bar doesnt even way that low

No flatbench with barbell because it does more harm than good!! It causes lots of shoulder problems (especially at heavy weight) and you pay for it later in life..

Yeah. It works cause I do this in football all the time. But it will make u sore. Dude like for real. I got tore up from doing it
