I'm Having A Hard Time Loosing Weight (read)

- I am 16 - female - height 5 foot 8 - and I recently weigh 123 pounds -
I am trying to lose weight, but I keep craving sugar and junk each day. I do my best to keep way and exercise, I drink lots of water, but I am so busy all the time! (school and stuff, don't ask)
I just want to be thinner, cause I don't think I am in comparison to other kids my age, size, etc...
How many more pounds do I have to lose? Thanks...

You need to avoid the junk foods even you crave for them so much. However, with the pounds you have, that's the ideal weight for a female with your height. um your actually at a very good weight especially for your height, anything lower is not really healthy

I love cookies. It is my weakness. I also am fitness fanatic. Here's what I do for my addiction. If I normally eat 6-8 cookies per sitting. When i need to,I slowly start cutting it back. 5-7,4-6,etc. Start substituting junk with lesser evil food. Go to the mirror and tape a Twinkie to your hips, that may work as a deterrent. :-)

When I weighed 130 (I'm 5'4) My doctor told me if I lost 10-20 more pounds that I'd be underweight and I'm as old as you are

Oh honey. I am 5'3" and 140 pounds. Have been "curvy" all my life. I'm sure you're beautiful & skinny. Don't worry!

be careful sweetheart... cut out all caffeine, walk for 45 minutes a day and eat what you want... the less preservatives the better!!!!!!!

When you crave sugar you are protein deficient at the moment. Eat protein and the craving should subside. Eat healthy and exercise! You are at a decent weight for you height and age, but if you want to improve your physical health just exercise between 30mins and an hour daily. Stay motivated and watch what you pit into your body. I hope this helps!
