im 14 im 55-59 kg. and 162-163 cm plz help i got a big stomach and fat hips and thighs plz plz help me

okay, let me put this in the simplest way possible. WOMEN, (and men, unless they have abs) ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LITTLE EXTRA FLAB! your bodies are built for the sole purpose of carrying another person around! you need- literally NEED- extra weight. okay? judging from your hight and age (i am fourteen also), i would say that 55 kilos is a perfect, if not too small weight. women who are too skinny have irregular periods, and a very low weight has the capability to do lasting damage to your reproductive organs.

anyway, if you REALLY think you need a flat stomach (and if it is for a guy, trust me, any of us men will date you, all you need is a vag) then do sit-ups, and other ab-working excersises. and, if you start putting ON weight after you are working out- that's normal, it's the muscle. girls stomachs are supposed to do that wrinkle thing when you bend over, that's how skin works.

its just my stomach loks like a dome and most of my clothes make me look preggo (im bot btw -.-) and i dont like it and my mom says im too fat :(

yeah, see, if our mom says that to someone your size and wait, especially you, just tell her to go f*** herself. works for me. and your stomach is supposed to look like that. if you really want a smaller belly, do as many sit-ups as you can every day, as often as possible. also worked for me.

i cant say that to my mom she'll take all my electronics and ground me forever
she onc grounded me for the hole summer hols becuz of a bucket in front of my bathroom door and I didnt SEE IT -_-

y'know, if she grounds you, that doesn't really do anything. i get 'grounded' all th time. all she can do is yell at you, which isn't that bad. and if you ignore the yelling, then you can do whatever you want. she takes your electronics? take them back, it's not like she can stop you. be responsible though. the only way she can 'really' stop you is by being violent, which is usually illegal, and i find that if someone is vioent, defending yourself once will stop them from doing it again. show her that she can't do shit. BUT you still have to respect her. don't be rebelious just 'cause you feel like it. but if she grounds you, just do what you want anyway, and remember the most she can do is yell.

Just eat fruit and veggie and drink water and if you eat meat only eat a fisted of meat a week, you will feel better for your self after a couple of weeks

Go for a jog in the morning, for a walk in the night and start a diet.
I know you would have to leave eating your most favourite things but it would have a good result. :)

jog a little then run, sprints, do cario workout, make sure you involving the body part in workouts, like do sit-ups every day, or every other day, but you can change other exercises.

Losing weight is all about calories in vs calories out! All you have to do is eat less and exercise more. And don't forget, there is 3,500 calories in one pound :) good luck!

Eat healthy! Stretch and do a daily routine of sit ups, crunches, a series of leg lifts, and flutter kicks. Don't start counting how many you've done until you feel your muscles being worked. This will tone your upper and lower abdominals. Running and biking are also great for the core! Hope this helps!

No stress, slep well and eat frequently, but little. Also, do things that make you hungry and wait a while before eating.
