Couldn't cloning produce some of the best soliders in the world?

Maybe it's not morally correct, but if clones were trained from birth in military tactics and teamwork they would be some of, if not the best soliders ever. The spartans began training at age 7 and they did become the best military force (man for man) in the world at their time.

It could, though cloning would have to be perfected first. Or, well, the ability to clone at all.

I guess you could be correct.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but don't we have the ability to clone a human, but have refused to do so for moral reasons?

No I think Germany cloned a human but then the word promised never to clone another one (or is that just a movie with Arnold Swartsinigger in it?)

No, tinkering with DNA would. to clone the best soldier you have to start with one.

Thats a horrible idea because they would become self aware and TAKE OVER THE WORLD WITH THEIR GENETICALLY ENHANCED MUSCLES AND MINDS kinda like the matrix Wait does cloning count as AI? (Artificial Intelligence for all you non-nerds)

We have cloned several mammal species, so cloning humans should be possible.
But the cloned animals tend to have health problems and die young -- NOT qualities that you want in a soldier.

All cloning does is produce babies with identical genes. How would you raise all those babies to be soldiers?
