Austin, Tx has lots of places. Depends on what kind of party you want. Also, Billy Bob's in Ft Worth if you want a western honky tonk party. Salt Grass is great and it's in several cities. In summer there's lots of water parks, etc so just research on your computer the kind of party you want.
