You want to gain muscle, not fat. it may take longer, but worth it!! eat a lot more chciken and eggs, protien in general. since this is weight-gain, skip cardio and go for weightroom. make sure you dont lift too much your first time, you have to ease into it. goodluck!!

Eat meat at all three meals. Potatoes too if possible. Two high calorie snacks per day. And lastly a peanut butter sandwich on white, buttered bread every night at bedtime. For something that would be quicker . . . Go to the grocery store and stock up on TONS of munchies and take up "smoking". ; )
