I rented a movie from red box and it wouldn't play what can I do to get reimbursed or another movie?
Return it then go on the website and tell them what happened. They will probably give you a free code.

There should be a number somewhere in the box. I managed for Circle K, and had one on front if it. There is a number to call somewhere in the front of the box.
