What's wrong with my thighs? My thighs have been hurting for three days now and I don't know why...

On Friday at school we did squats and I ended up doing more then 100 and I think that could be the problem. it's the tops sides of my thighs that hurt. I can't even walk. what's wrong with them? what should I do? please help!

They are sore,it will go away like in a week or so,then your legs will be more muscular.

You stretched out your hamstrings. I know, they can get really sore. Put a heating pad thingy on them or something, that should help. At least it does for me! Hope they feel better :))

Thank you, that's what I thought it was but I wasn't sure. When I lay in bed it also hurts to move them so hopefully the heat pad will work! :)

When you build muscle you actually tear or loosen it which is were the soreness comes from thts prolly what it was your body wasnt used to the exercise
