Should I Still Be Trying To Lose Weight?

age 16, height 5 foot 8, female, and weight 123.... Should I still lose more weight? Cause I feel I should...

No... You are already underweight.
If you feel as though you should there are two options. Tone your body to get rid of the flab or get psychotherapy. This is not meant as a joke.
Option one.... You might be soft... so exercising will tone everything and make your body hard. Muscle weighs more than fat does... so expect to put on a little bit of weight. Nothing wrong with that. What you weigh should NOT be an issue. How you feel about yourself and how you look to others is what you should base yourself on.
Option two. If you seriously think you are fat at that weight and height... You could be suffering from body dysmorphic disorder. That is a disorder that makes you see yourself as fat when you really arent. Many people that have eating disorders suffer from this. Thank the media for it. Most guys like a feminine body with curves. Not skin and bones.

Nope, you are almost underweight as it is. The average weight for a woman at your height is between 125 and 165. So really you could still gain a few pounds and be perfectly fine.

No you are at the low end of an acceptable weight for your height. Maybe instead of trying to lose more weight, try toning up instead.

Thin does not = happy !!! You need to figure out what's really wrong .. I have a feeling its a much bigger problem then weight. You need to talk to a responsible adult , most likely a counselor , and your family doc.

no dont im 15 and im a guy yea honestly dont guys love girls they can hold..... being too skinny is bad i dont want to hug my gf and rehug my self becuase she to slim
