Most say Johann Goethe was the most versed in the greatest number of topics. Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Stephen Hawking, etc. There's also child prodigies like children who attend college-level classes at age 8, but that doesn't reflect on excessively high IQ's later in life, just fairly high.
I know a guy named Joe Pearson with an IQ of 140. He's the smartest Pearson I know. His sister Esmerelda has an IQ OF 129 so she's the second smartest but she's engaged to some guy named Hawking so pretty soon she won't be a Pearson and I'm pretty sure there is a guy named Hawking that's even smarter than her brother or her fianc?. Then there's Larry the Cable guy but his name isn't Pearson.
