How can I lose weight fast?

I'm 13 and weigh about 130. I used to do swimming and gymnastics and want to go back to those times. I want to get thinner so I can go. My mom says I can't go until I'm thinner. I'm not acctually fat. Then when I go back I can start gaining muscle. Please sooo tired of this. Just want to have fun again.

You can't lose weight FAST. Stop drinking soda, eat 3 meals and 3 snacks between those meals, everyday. Don't skip breakfast. Drink more water. Be active.

What is your height? also just cut out all sugar, and if you can go to the gym, DO NOT starve yourself,I became anorexic for 5 months and it was the worst time in my life. But anyway, you should cut of a few calories, like 300-509 a day, exercise when you can, and eat more fruits and vegetables, cut down on your fat intake too

Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
Drink plenty of water.
Get tempting foods out of your home.
Stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.
Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the 'fridge.
Don't skip meals.
Keeping a food journal -- writing down everything you eat -- can also help you stay on track.

you cant lose weight "fast" but all you need to lose is 15-20 lbs. which isn't that difficult. only drink water for a bit... trust me i have a friend who weighed 215 lbs and only drank water for a year and now weighs 153. then do some fun activities... like if you like dancing get a dance video game or dvd and play with it for 30 min a day. (:

ok first of all thank you for not being "omg I'm so fat" because ive been seeing that a lot and its getting annoying. and second you just have to be active and cut out junk food from your diet, eat lots of veggies and drink water. hope this helps

Less eat high calorie food, such chocolates, cakes, and kinds of drinks, more eat fruits and vegetable, don't eat anything after 9 o'clock, you can see this site, there are some ways to use as losing weight: http://www.ksloseweight.com/

Excersise, drink a ton of water (it will fill you up and you will eat less) eat healthy stay away from anything that is not good for you.
