I'm 13, 5'2 and 107 pounds, I think I am a healthy weight, but eat about 2,300 calories a day, I have for a month now, is this was too much?

I'm moderately active, I don't do any sports or anything.

Sort of. Average amount of calories you eat per day should be 2000-2100 i think. No more than that. So try decreasing your food.

I am 4'11'', and when I was that age I weighed 109, but that was when I took a break from dancing, My usual weight was approximately 103-105, but I didn't have a food plan at the time. I just worked out, and had a lot of muscle built up.

Try 1300 for your caloric intake for your height, and weight. If you begin to get a bit more active, go up to 1500, add proteins, less sugar, and good carbs. Go to a fitness center, and ask a trainer, or go to your family doctor because this should be accurate not just a guess from us. You are still growing, and right now you need all the nutrition that you can get to keep your body healthy and intact. Don't forget to talk with your mom, and your family pediatrician to stay healthy. Good luck, and it's nice to see that you care at your age to keep yourself fit :)
