Why my 6 months old kitten gets anxious/annoyed when my 7yr old daughter lays in bed with me and my husband?

? My cat loves my daughter and she watches tv laying on my bed by herself all the time and the cat has no problems with that. The cat sleeps in my bed every night. Is he jealous?

Cats are creatures of habits. Since the cat has the habit of sleeping in THAT spot at THAT time, it is annoyed. Since the cat is young, it will adapt to the the new "normal" soon enough.

Cats are very territorial about their chosen resting perches, or "observation" spots. Usually an elevated place like a bed or top of a tall cabinet. (In the wild, lions, leopards & cougars perch on high rocks, cliffs & in trees. They use these places to watch for prey & predators.) Because house cats are semi-nocturnal, most aware when it's dark, while you're sleeping they're keeping watch on things, one eye open. Your daughter's space intrusion interferes with the cat's ability & instincts to protect you, so it becomes upset. Take it as a compliment. He's probably most attached to you &/or your husband.
