Is it bad to workout everyday?
I do 100-200 push-ups and 80-120 sit-ups everyday, is that bad?
Nope. Although its said that you should alternate between upper one day and lower the next to give your body time to recover.

Its okay to workout everyday but just dont repeat the same workout cause your body needs to recover. And also you need to drink Alot of water. Water is what keeps your body from getting hurt from the workout.

Personal trainers say your muscles need a day rest in between workouts. Three days per week is effective.
I love to workout too, but you have to give your muscles a break or you'll exhaust yourself if you don't chill out a bit.
