No, if you're skipping your period you are either have an abnormal period, or you're pregnant. But, there is a lot of different things that could possibly delay your period or make you skip. Stress, anorexia/bulimia, imbalanced hormones, etc.. But, the main cause would probably most likely be stress. But, I've that getting more vitamin D helps. Oh, and eating dark chocolate!
