Should i do it?

So i am a christian, and i pray like 2 times a day. At church we have like 4 sunday school teachers. Theres this one that is my favourite, everyone agrees :P And i wanted to ask him to pray for me, i do not think anyone has ever asked him to do this so i would be the first. He just started like 5 months ago, and theirs only like 5 kids (btw im 14, so are all the others) I dont know what kind of reaction he would get to this, but im willing to do it. Should i just ask him in person, Facebook, and message him?? helpp !! i have him this sunday. And should i even do it?

ABSOLUTELY! if he's a christian sunday school teacher, he should be more than pleased to pray for you! or you could really take a step of faith and pray WITH him! I don't really think Facebook would be appropriate. I'm not going to ask for what, but I will pray for you as well! good luck, and don't be nervous to ask him! :P god bless!

sometimes people who are new aren't sure just what to say when asked to pray for someone else. tell this person that you would like for him to pray for you, or even with you. you could also pray for him.

When we pray together with other believers, the effects can be very positive. Corporate prayer edifies and unifies us as we share our common faith. The same Holy Spirit who dwells within each believer causes our hearts to rejoice as we hear praises to our Lord and Savior, knitting us together in a unique bond of fellowship found nowhere else in life. To those who may be alone and struggling with life's burdens, hearing others lift them up to the throne of grace can be a great encouragement. It also builds in us love and concern for others as we intercede for them. At the same time, corporate prayer will only be a reflection of the hearts of the individuals who participate.
