Will the new Boy Scout policy affect their views on atheists?

the new by scout policy talks about troops deciding for themselves whether to include or exclude homosexuals, but does this affect their views on atheist scouts?

The Boy Scouts is currently reviewing its incusion/exclusion policies.
They're considering letting each state, or even each troop decide whether or not to admit leaders and members who are not currently permitted.
But, even though I am an atheist who strongly supports gay rights, the Boy Scouts is a private, christian, organization. As a private organization they have every right to accept or to exclude anyone they want based upon whatever criteria they choose.

any org that professes to honor the country/ constitution except for this or that....is a bigoted org not worthy of this country/ constitution. join the KKK they never profess anything but what they are. wasn't the scouts started by a KKK memeber?

Besides the part that a Scout is reverent, you can be whatever religion you want. The Boyscouts define reverent as "with beleif."
