heck, yeah. I do that all the time, on purpose, and they always taste amazing. I use a 3-ingredient, gluten free, casein free recipe. simple: 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup PB. mix all together, then ball it and put on baking sheet. flatten slightly, and bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown around edges,cookies will feel doughy in middle. let them sit until semi-cooled, then transfer to cooling rack and finish cooling them. I sometimes use brown sugar with this recipe, and natural PB too. it tastes amazing.
