Depends on your body fat percentage! see our weight includes our organs, muscle, skeleton, and fat. So in order to tell if you are over weight you need to google "Body fat percentage calculator and follow the instructions. For me the lowest healthy body fat percentage is 8.00 I'm at 8.5 right now lol so I'm trying to gain weight but only through muscle! Who knows you could be a muscle machine and have a perfect weight.
