I'm 5'4" and 148 pounds. I'm not asking if I'm fat. I'd like to loose 10 pounds. Suggestions? :)

I am very active being a CNA in a nursing home. just like to slim up my legs & tummy. any tricks that people use? any at home exercises? positive suggestions appreciated! thank you

the elliptical works for me....also change your diet.stay away from soda and eat more fruits and veggies (fuels the body) im 43 and lost 2 pant sizes in 1month. PS....don't weigh yourself everyday it's a distraction
