Should I join my high school's track team? What are benefits of being in track?
I know in the end it's my decision. But I'd like other people's opinions. I've been wanting to get healthier anyways, and I know running is good for you. I'd love to letter in a sport, too. I've never done track before, but I did rec soccer, so this isn't my first time doing a running sport. I would just hate every day practices, and I love being able to come home and relax after school. What would you do, and what benefits come from doing it?
