How about a bath & body gift set or a poem by you, jewelry, a phone, cds by her favorite musicians, a pet would be nice if she likes animals.

Well I'm guessing she goes to school since she's 17. Buy her a huge bear with a valentines balloon tied to its arm and a card saying you love her. Give this to her when she's hanging out with all her friends at school ^.^ she will love I promise !!
