I just found out my boyfriend of 2 yrs. lied about having a phone number in his cell. He will not remove it, as well it's hidden.

In June, I was at work, we talked that evening, and he was not feeling well and going to just go to bed. I later tried to call him and there was no answer. several hours later, around 1 am or so he returned my call. To him, it was an oversight in calling me. We are now fighting about this number of hers, that he claims its just a number and why are we fighting about this. I had asked him about it. I had said I couldn't get in touch with her, maybe she hadn't paid her bill and he heard me asked those questions on several occasions. He also then gets defensive with me and turns the table to blame me for something of my past and the subjects changed! The number is still in his phone, hidden and we are still arguing.

If he is not gonna tell you the truth do you still want to be with this guy?
Right now you are only boy friend and girlfriend so if you can't settle this without fighting why would you want to be with this person?
People who love each other don't hide things! Remember you want a person you can trust in everything!
I'd ratter be by myself than miserable with someone who makes me feel bad! Life is too short to be with someone who does not make you happy!

Yeah that happened to me too... And I later found out he was cheating, dump him before you get hurt even more

He's cheating on you. Straight up. And if he isnt... Doesn't sound like there is much trust anyway. I'd bail.

Why do you even know he has whose phone numbers are in his phone? Do you search his phone often? That's just weird and totally makes you seem like you're insecure. And maybe you should be but to search your boyfriends phone is wrong. You need to figure out if he's the guy for you. If you can't trust him (and obviously you can't) you shouldnt be with him. when you're with someone you cant trust, you're with the wrong person

Hes cheating or going to cheat, sorry to say. I messed up the same way awhile back. lost the girl that meant the most to me at the time and i regreted it. I didnt cheat, but it still made her uncomfortable and i didnt delete the number. So i lost her. i learned my lesson and every since, ive been straight up with everybody. So just dump him before he actually does cheat on you. Its gonna kill ya, but its better for you in the long run. Im with an amazing girl now who i just moved in with and i wouldnt change a thing. I love her with everything that i have. So keep your head up, loves out there, just wait.
