I just pulled a back muscle pretty bad during swim practice, what should I do?

I've already put icy hot on it but its not going to help it. I've stretched it a little also

Report as

well Im in swim and usually if I pull a muscle I either put hot stones or heating pad on it and rest or I put a icepack on it and wrap it tight and try to move it usually I do this and it feels better the next day hope I helped and if I didnt sorry.
