The Gone Series (a modern day supernatural Lord of the Flies) Unwind (if you're under eighteen and your parents/state don't want you, you can be legally unwound and have your body parts sold) A Great and Terrible Beauty (a witch living during Victorian times) Oblivion Road (when five teenagers get lost in the wilderness with a serial killer on the loose, you know it's going to get bloody. There's a twist by the way :)) Losing Christina (Christina's "foster parents" have something out for kids) Bar Code Tattoo (In the future everyone is marked by a tattoo on their arm. It gets really creepy.)
That's just some off of the top of my head. Of course Stephen King is pretty creepy too, but I aways get too freaked out to finish one of his.
Well a good suspense book is "Unwind" (there's 3 books to it but only two have came out so far) it's good because u seriously get shocked by the things that happen & how it ends & you just can't wait to find out what's gonna happen...I love them so much that I read them about 4 times each already & I hate reading but they're so worth it! But it's not a scary book
I don't know if it is really for teens, but I like to read books by Jean Lowery Nixon. She's a great author in mystery and suspense. Or you could try Zilpha Keatley Snyder. Sorry if they're not teen or the type you were looking for. But I hope this helps! :)
