what if you take fiber pills to when should take vitamin and fiber pills?

The time u take them isn't as important as the consistency. Same time, everyday, whenever is convenient.

That is because your body is doing all it's repair and maintenance at night while you are alseep. But your intake of nutrients should be balanced throughout the day...

The ONLY answer to this question is WITH FOOD. You are wasting your money to take vitamins, especially the water soluble ones on their own. All you will get is expensive urine. Vitamins are processed by your body as part of the whole digestive process - your body is designed to extract it's own vitamins from the food you eat. Take supplements of any kind away from food and you are wasting your money.... The time of day is not important,

The time of day is not important, but your body does all it’s repair work at night, so expensive supplements are best taken with the evening meal.

And those fibre supplements - same answer - they must be taken with food. Otherwise you will get no benefit at all and may even clog your small intestine

take your vitamin with water or food. i recommend that with any pills or vitamins you take them in the morning fully awake and not at bed time. this will ensure that you are fully aware if you are allergic to them.

Take with food. Never take on an empty stomach. Always read directions before taking anything. Also take them the same time every day.
