I have pretty tan skin (as i am 1/4 black and 1/4 native) can i still dye my hair blonde? what should i do with my eyebrows if i do?

note: i also have naturally dark brown curly hair (although i wear it straight almost everyday) and brown eyes

Why do blondes spend so much money getting a tan and dark skinned girls spend it trying to be blonde? Why are women never happy being who they are?

Can't you just be yourself?

I would still be myself i`m just looking for a change, i`ve never been happy with the way i look, blonde is something that i`ve wanted to do for a while now :P

Well, your hair might not turn out blonde, but you could try it. But I wouldn't dye my eyebrows, though. In my opinion, that's taking it a little too far.

No. Dark people with blonde hair looks terrible... Look at Chris Brown for example... Ew.
