Of course it is , Pro wrestlers are actors / Stunt people , Everything they do in the ring is all rehearsed , They follow a script , The ring is built with a suspension system to cushion the fall when they do body slams , When they punch their opponent , They pull their punches , When they throw their opponent onto a table , The table is modified to break away to cushion the impact , When they do a flying body slam outside the ring , The opponent reaches his arms out to catch the person doing the body slam to break his fall , If wrestling was real , Many people would be severely injured , Paralyzed or killed DANGER ! . . . NEVER ATTEMPT TO DO ANY WRESTLING MOVES AT HOME !!! You can very easily and severely injure , Paralyze or even kill yourself , A risk definitely NOT worth taking , . .ALWAYS PUT SAFETY FIRST !!!
Yes, it is "fake" but I will concede it does take some skill and pain tolerance to do what those guys do. At least when WWE athletes SPEAK, they sound much much more interesting than "real" athletes. I mean seriously! Does ANYONE, even die hard sports fans, actually pay attention to when an NFL, NBA, Major League Baseball player, etc., actually talks about their game??! You don't remember do you? (Die hard sports fans.) Here let me sum it up for you: (If they win) "Yeah, I/we did what I/we had to do, and we got it done" (If they lose) "Yeah, I/we, uh, I/we dunno what happened, I/we made some mistakes, I/we will just have to do better next time/season," FACINATING dialog dontcha think? WWE wrestlers on the other hand....Talk some smackdown!
