It depends on the parents eating habits. " Monkey see monkey do." In this case the child would represent the monkey and what ever impression u leave on a child imprints on to their mind and will possible effect their eating habits when older
I don't think so but if the parent feeds the child too much then they can gain weight and continue to gain weight. Children can also inherit the speed of the parents metabolism though I'm pretty sure so one parent might have slow metabolism
unless its a thyroid genetic thing fat is a learned thing conditioned. like oh you fell and hurt your knee come in and well have a nice bowl of fat and sugar . they made fun of you at school again how about a cheese burger with some extra grease
Assuming you eat stupid, which I wouldn't do cause then you would think I'm picking on you, and the mods would delete my answer. You could teach your child to eat stupid as well. Other than that, I don't think there is a gene for obesity.
