How do I get rid of it?

I often get migraines or severe headaches at night, so I'll go to bed early to see if it helps. When I wake up in the morning, I still have it. Is that normal? Should I be worried? How do I get rid of it or prevent it?

You need to make an appointment to see your PCP. Your doc will be able to run tests if need be and find out what's really wrong. His or her direction is better than just winging it. Migraines are a symptom of something wrong, so go check yourself out.

Are you eating/drinking enough? If you are, some bone problems can cause bad migraines. I had it and I went to a chiropractor for it and he fixed after a few visits. If not, I would consider going to a medical doctor and checking out what's wrong

See a doctor or take pain relievers a lot.

Google migraines and diet. It is recommended to avoid aged cheese products and limit dairy.
