ur not really born with it... its like a conclusion u come to later on in ur life. something u realise about urself. a decision of some sort.

Yea you are actually, you can't just suddenly decide you're going to be homosexual, you have to be born that way psychologically. It's always been there you just don't realise it.

Same sex orientation is already there when the baby is born. Sexual orientation is not a choice one makes at any age.

I think he means are you homo$exual WHEN you have $ex with someone of the same gender. Or when you WANT to.

I can't comment under my answer, so I'll try here. Not great wording of the question. Looks like I'm not the only one who is confused. I'm thinking maybe he meant ADMIT rather than COMMIT? Makes more sense, I think.
