How do I make sure I grow to my Maximum Height Potential

I just turned 13 and Im 5'5. My doctor said I'll grow to 5'11(minimum) and 6'4(maximum) averaging at 6'1/6'2. What do I need to eat and do so I can grow to my maximum height potential?

First off you would need to find out if you have any food allergies... specifically gluten allergies. If you test out as negative for that then you should eat anything and everything thing organic. Anything processed or sweetened with high fructose corn syrup or corn sugar is bad. High fructose corn syrup, corn sugar... stuff like that, is a federally approved poison that will do more harm than good. It will eventually even give you diabetes. Stay away from it.
Eating organic means you will not have to eat the foods that have been littered with toxic poisons. The poisons have the ability to prevent you from reaching your growth potential. Shop at road side stands and local farms that you trust for the best produce.

You want to be that tall? Wow! I'm your age, and I'm 5'' 1' I'm a girl and I don't want to be much taller. I think you stop growing at 13 for girls anyways, i think it;s 18-21 for boys.

You don't stop growing at the age of 13, you stop at the age of 25. I am 15 and I'm 5'6.
