Why is my left arm stronger than my right arm?
I lift weights regularly and i am 17. my right bicep and my right tricep each have just slightly more mass and is just barely more defined as well (i am right handed and i am a pitcher, so i tend to put a slight focus on my right arm/shoulder over my left). however, when i lift at the gym, my left arm seems to have more stamina and is able to do more reps and a little bit more weight. my guess is that since i am right handed, i may tend to use my right arm more throughout the day, making it more tired, but there are times when i lift in the morning before practice (baseball, wrestling, and football) and my left arm still feels stronger. any ideas?
