If I erase all content on my iPod, and then type in my apple Id will my data come back?

Nope, only if you restore from a previous backup.

No u can't because since you reset it you can't have the same apps you did before unless you added them to your iTunes in your computer then you can.!

Since we now have iCloud, any app we downloaded is automatically saved and can be re-downloaded, just not always the content of the app we had saved is kept.

Yea but what if she didn't have icloud
Since that was in the past

It depends on if you had back up for the data you erased. With the back option present you can easily reset it and get all the data that was present before the delete. If you do not have back up, then it is impossible to get the data back once you type your id.
