Fatigue is a non specific symptom. It can be due to many things. But a blood test will let you know. You are likely to have anemia if you are vegetarian, or if you have kidney disease. So there may be a bigger underlying problem if you are anemic. See a doctor and they will make sure you get the care you need.
You can take a blood test. If your iron is low you get tired easily, and are sleepy most of the time. You might also get dizzy sometimes. lol I have anemia so if you feel like this, I suggest you see a doctor. :)
I had been craving broccoli. A vegetable that I didn't like. I told my Dr. this was one of my "odd"cravings when I was pregnant, so the Dr. cheked my iron level. He said our bodies wil crave those foods that we are in need of to stay healthy and balnced. I thought that was strange; but it's true. Our bodies do talk o us! :D (true story)

Get up close to a mirror and gently pull down your lower eyelid so that you can see the 'backside' or inside of it. A pink/red color indicates healthy iron levels; if it is pale pink or white, then you are probably anemic. Follow up with your doctor and a blood test.
