If both of my parents have type O blood does that mean I have type O also?

you have what ever blood type your FATHER has. type always follows the father.
I'm A+ my wife is A - she had to get a shot for the RH factor or her body would fight/ reject/kill our children like a donated organ/ virus. Our kids have A+

Yes, you will have type O. It's a recessive gene.
