I have neck problems from my pillows what do you recommend

I have tried the tempurpedic pillow and the cotton! the tempurpedic seems to be helping a little but not by much. any suggestions?

If you are suffering from cervical spondylosis then you should avoid pillows or just three and half inch soft pillow, you should sleep on flat floor or hard bed.

Try different pillows. Different firmness, size, thickness.

Get a softer pillow because the harder it is the harder your neck is going to hurt
