Is the Chase bank at Clark/Madison in Chicago open for the Columbus Holiday?

Yes, Chase bank in Chicago is always open on Columbus holiday. Columbus Day, is usually celebrated un-officially because schools, governmental offices are open. Columbus holiday became an official state holiday in Colorado in 1906

Banks are closed. Only ones that might be open are the ones inside of Walmart because they advertise being open every day.
