They claim cow's "liver".

Anything high in iron. Green leafy's such as spinach and beets.

The leafs of beets are edible. They are used in spring salad mix among other things.

I eat cow liver, not half cooked, full cooked frech style. You are cooking it with adding some wine in it.

A lot of protein(steak), iron(spinach) and sweet foods(cookies) which will increase your blood sugar as well as the process of replenishing your blood supply.

Dark leafy greens. Very high in iron & helpful for building red blood cells. (Spinach, kale, collard greens, beets, turnip greens.) A big steak doesn't hurt either.
