I had a surgery recently, and I had lost a lot of blood. What should I eat for making blood process faster in my body?
They claim cow's "liver".
I think those would be bananas, which are high in potassium.
Plenty of protein and iron.
Anything high in iron. Green leafy's such as spinach and beets.
My mom says half cooked cow liver! 0.0 idk tho
Eat lots of sweet stuff like candy
A lot of protein(steak), iron(spinach) and sweet foods(cookies) which will increase your blood sugar as well as the process of replenishing your blood supply.
Dark leafy greens. Very high in iron & helpful for building red blood cells. (Spinach, kale, collard greens, beets, turnip greens.) A big steak doesn't hurt either.
