I think I have iron deficiency anemia, and I am vegetarian. What are some good ways to get iron without meds or meat? Thanks! :)
Wine is a good option but because you are too young, lets say Grape Juice or Strawberry Marmalade. And of course Green leafy's such as spinach and beets(I kinda ask this question today so these are the right answers)

You won't know if you're iron deficient until you've had blood tests.
i think you need to eat meat, for ur anemia, plus is good for the iron.
Spinich has a lot of iron in it.

spinach , tomatoes almonds many different foods ! fish oil capsules etc.
In nuts and beans their is plenty or iron.
take an iron supplement pill
