What's a good snack to have before dinner that won't get me full but just something that will fill me up for now?
I do this a lot. I usually have a handful or two of cereal or some almonds or peanuts.
Maybe eat an apple, or banana. I love fruit ;)
milk is good.
eat a couple berries (strawberies, blueberries, etc) or a cup of yogurt
raw veggies is always good, and I am an adamant carnivore!
Water or gum
A fruit, maybe?
