What is this anime called?

It's the one that started out with the really goofy intro (I quite enjoyed it), and it had to do with a group of high school girls. One that stands out is an 8 (I think) year old with an advanced brain, so she was pushed up to high school, and another one who move in from the country (the english dub depicted her as southern). The very beginning of the first episode involved a teacher being late for work, and she jacks some guy's bike after he stops to try and repair hers. When she gets to the school, she winds up in the wrong classroom, and she is embarrassed, so on and so forth. Sorry if this isn't enough info, but I've only seen the first episode :c
